We invite you to attend our monthly community meeting, which are held every third Saturday of each month and is held at the RBS Branch Public Library, at 12 noon. The RBS Music Festival
Bring your unique perspective and talent to help further our mission in the areas of Arts, STEM, workforce readiness, wellness, and recreation. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and are excited to contribute in creative and impactful ways.
Serve as a Junior Board of Directors in the roles of Junior Secretary, Treasurer, or Member at Large, gaining valuable leadership experience while contributing to our organization. All volunteer hours are eligible to count toward your TN Promise requirements.
Help coordinate parade activities by managing donations, handling entries, and supporting marketing efforts. Additionally, provide assistance on the day of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the first Saturday in December
Securing sponsors, working with artists, and supporting marketing initiatives. Additionally, provide on-site assistance on the day of the event to ensure a seamless and successful event.

Identify potential funding sources and assist in writing grant proposals to secure financial support. Focus on obtaining funds for building the center and supporting its programming initiatives.
Support the #LetsGrow37150 challenge by securing sponsors and assisting with marketing efforts to promote the event. Your role will be crucial November 2024-February 2025 to ensure the challenge reaches and engages the community effectively.
Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. Assist in developing and executing strategies to boost online presence and community engagement.
Assist with securing sponsors and collaborating with wellness gurus for the #The37150GrowOn Wellness Series, while also supporting marketing efforts. Your role may also include occasional on-site presence at the monthly events from April to October to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
