Meet Our Board

Meet Amber Sadler, Our Chairman:
Amber serves as Chairman of the 37150 Community Center where she leads with a passion for helping children and strengthening her community. Raised in Red Boiling Springs, Amber moved away during her middle school years and later graduated from William Blount High School in Maryville. She eventually returned to her hometown, where she is now raising her family and giving back to the community that shaped her.
Amber is married to her husband, Eric Sadler, and is a proud mother to Rylee, Landon, and Lily, as well as a loving "Gigi" to her granddaughter, Bexley. Her role as a mother and grandmother deeply influences her heart for serving others-especially children and families in need.
As Chairman, Amber is dedicated to creating opportunities that support and uplift both children and adult community members alike. Through outreach, events, and hands-on involvement, she works to bring people together, meet real needs, and build a stronger, more connected community.

Meet Nancy Nelson, Our Vice Chairman:
I was born and raised in San Bernardino, Ca. I have a wonderful husband Mike and four beautiful children. - two girls and two boys. I have 1 granddaughter and 2 grandsons. I moved here 3 ½ years ago and it is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I work from home. A couple of my favorite things to do in town is take my "5th child" my dog Wyatt for walks at all the parks here in town. They are so beautiful and I love being part of 37150. I look forward to all the wonderful plans we have to help the community. Thank you for accepting me in your wonderful town!

Meet Tiffany Cooper, Our Treasurer:
My name is Tiffany Cooper. I’m a proud member of the Red Boiling Springs community where I have lived the past 29 years. I moved here after graduating from Lebanon High School. After graduation, I began my career as an administrative assistant and after 10 years moved my direction into childcare. I have spent the last 17 years organizing chaos, the fine art of snack distribution and managing conflict resolutions.
During the time that I have been here and joining forces with the 37150 Community Center roughly 6 years ago, I have grown to love this community and the people in it.
While I was not born here, this community has a special place in my heart and it feels like I’ve been here my whole life. I believe in my community and its potential and its success matters to me and I’m excited to help it grow and thrive for the future generations.

Meet Maria Casino, Our Treasurer:
Maria brings over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration, along with 21 years as a successful small business owner, to her role as Treasurer for the 37150 Community Center. She offers a strong foundation in financial management, budgeting, and compliance, with a proven track record of accuracy, integrity, and fiscal responsibility.
Maria is truly grateful for the opportunity to serve in this position and for the trust placed in her. In her role as Treasurer, she is committed to maintaining transparent financial practices, ensuring proper oversight, and supporting the organization’s long-term financial health and success.
Deeply rooted in the values of hard work and community service instilled in her by her parents, Maria is passionate about giving back and strengthening the community she calls home. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Geneo, two children Isabella and Angelo, and her beloved dog, Leonard.

Meet Amy Copas, Our Member At Large:
My name is Amy Copas. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Shannon, for 28 years now. We have one son, Stone, who attends WKU in Bowling Green, KY. I am from Bowling Green but have been a Tennessean for over 25 years now. We lived in Chattanooga for about 10 years prior to moving to Red Boiling Springs in 2009. Since my husband is from RBS, we moved closer to both our families. My husband graduated from RBSHS as well as our son. RBS is home to us. I work with the Macon County Public Library System, working primarily at the Red Boiling Springs Branch Library. My son is a former junior board member of 37150 Community Center, Inc. I have volunteered with 37150 for several years and am now proud to say that I am part of the board.
